Ribbon Dance is Done

I started this quilt,  Missouri Star Quilt Company – Ribbon Dance, after seeing the pattern pop up in my facebook post.  I had a layer cake of Rainy Day by Me and My Sister Designs.

I started this the first of the month and decided to have it as my March – OMG (One Monthly Goal).

It turned out very cute.  I love the fabrics by Me and My Sister Designs.  When I started quilting in August, 2015, the first “real” fabric I purchased was Dot Dot Dash in a jellyroll.  That started it for me.

This are the blocks as they were put together.

I used pink strip from the Dot Dot Dash collection.

And sticking with the theme used Pink Dot from the Dot Dot Dash collection as well.

I was thrilled to have this finished for the March One Monthly Goal with Elm Street Quilts.  I wasn’t sure I would get this done.

I have been working on updating the blog and moving to a self-hosted site.  I had no idea what all was entailed until I started.  That is for another post.

In the meantime, I am linking up with:

I’m making a crib quilt with this pattern using jellyrolls. I think after I’m done with this one I will dive into my scraps and make on using 10 inch squares. Thanks for your inspiration.
