Latitude Runner

Ok time to get back to recording my quilting projects.  It has been way to long.  Quilting has been happening, five quilts and many small projects.

I’ll start with this quick little runner.

A Kate Spain Latitude charm pack has been sitting around forever, it was time to be used and to get a small cabinet a cover!

No pattern, just cut the charm pack in half for a total of 84 2.5″ x 5″ pieces.  Then I put them together using the old jelly roll race process.

Here she is all fresh!

Quilted using simple matchstick and my old stand by binding, black and white.

I’m back to recording my quilting.

More quilts to be documented over the month of November.

But in the meantime I’m linking up with some friends:

Great way to use up the charm pack! It also seems to fit the table top you photographed it on nearly perfectly.

Love this and the striped binding is terrific. Can’t wait to see all you have been doing! I hope to have a little post tomorrow. I think doing it as a jelly roll race must have been a good way to get it done.

Perfectly adorable, Jan!!! I love that line and make a jelly roll quilt out of it myself. Great job with the matchsticking and love the binding!!!

This is beautiful, Jan. Quilting perfectly complements the patchwork.
