Best of 2019 Linky Party

I can’t believe 2019 is almost over!!!

I’m joining in Cheryl’s (Meadow Mist Designs) Best of 2018 Link Party! I chose some, ok, many of my favorites for 2019 to share.

Quilts
2019 I made quilts for Jack’s Basket.  Here are a few of the quilts sent this year.  A total of 18 were sent.
One quilt for me this year!
Projects
My first paper pieced project.
My first mini quilt
Pillows all around.  I found a place near by that is closing out all their decorating fabric.  I started making pillows and haven’t stopped.

Quilt Bees – I was in three different bees this year.  It was fun to do so many variations of blocks.  Here are a few of my favorites.

My favorite piece this year is a pillow that I made out of my sister-in-laws shirt for her Grandson.  She isn’t here any longer, but I know this pillow is a comfort to her daughter!!
To wrap up 2019 I keep track of where I’ve been and where I’m going, so my summary since starting quilting is:
2016      21
2017      20
2018       7
2019      18

What a great year you had. All of your quilts are truly pretty. Making pillows is fun, and has become a habit with me as well.
