As 2021 comes to an end, it is time to look back on all that we’ve accomplished. Cheryl at Meadow Mist Designs has a great year end wrap up party. So here are my top five of 2021.
1. Beach House
This quilt was going to go in our spare bedroom but it got hijacked to a friend.
Since I gifted Beach House to a dear friend, I needed to do another for another friend in the same group.
3. Playroom
My nephew bought his first house and I needed to make a quilt for him, with a tribute to his late Mom.
I am always trying to do special things for our close group of friends. Once we decided to do a cruise to Italy in 2022, I knew I needed to make medical pouches for the trip.
The FQS quilt along was fun and I was very proud to have completed the quilt in 3.5″ squares

Wonderful finishes! I love your FQS 3.5″ squares quilt – it is quite striking! Fun to see some of the other terrific ones – Beach Houses and your nephew’s quilt are among my favorites.
